CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY FEES
We’re pleased to offer international shipping, including to the United States.
We ship internationally using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. This means all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in your final purchase price - no surprise charges on delivery. Your order will arrive at your door, fully cleared through customs, with nothing more to pay.
EU customers: Your local VAT is included in the prices displayed while browsing. Duty and shipping is added at checkout.
Rest of world: VAT, duty and shipping charges are all calculated at checkout.
If you refuse delivery of your order, the courier may return the items to Laura Vann. In this case, we may be required to pay return costs, including any customs or import duties originally payable by you. These charges will be deducted from any refund owed. Please also note that any customs or import duties incurred on returned items will be deducted from the refund amount.

RETURNS
We hope that you are happy with the items you receive. However, should your purchase not be quite what you’re after we are happy for you to return it within 14 days of the order being delivered, for a full refund or exchange.
Items not eligible for return or exchange: For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless deemed faulty. Please note that all bespoke pieces, made-to-order wedding and engagement rings, engraved items and pre-loved rings that have been resized are also non-refundable unless deemed to be faulty.
Items must be returned via our RETURNS PORTAL. If you have questions about this process, please contact info@lauravann.co.uk.
Items must be returned in a box in the condition they were sent to you and anything we consider to be mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced or credited. Please note, we do not offer a free returns service.

FAULTY ITEMS
At Laura Vann we pride ourselves on our quality and as such, offer a 12 month guarantee on all of our jewellery. In the unlikely event that a piece is deemed faulty we will replace it upon its return. Should the item no longer be in stock, we offer a full credit against your next order. Unfortunately items that we consider to have been mistreated or damaged cannot be replaced or credited.
Please note that Laura Vann boxes are not tarnish-proof as they are not airtight. Please follow the care instructions on the care card enclosed with your order. Store your jewellery in the plastic zip lock bag(s) provided - ensure as much air is emptied before sealing and keep the anti-tarnish strip inside to absorb moisture.
